Congratulations to Wayne Noffsinger, winner
of the BEE (Be Excellent Every day) award!
Wayne is a certified medical assistant (CMA) at our Alpine clinic. He strives to create a warm and secure space for patients from the moment they arrive. “We all get hurt. We all need to be tuned up,” says Wayne. “I try my best to be the welcome that people need to have an easy landing coming in.”
Wayne was nominated by Alpine clinic patient Dianne Boswell. “Wayne has helped me throughout the years to stay well and organized, and I’m so grateful,” says Dianne. “He’s truly an asset to Star Valley Health.”
Adds Alpine clinic manager Fallon Mock, “Wayne brings heart to everything he does. He shows up energized, steps in, and takes the time to make sure patients feel heard and cared for.”
Wayne has worked at Star Valley Health for over 15 years, supporting thousands of patients at all ages and stages. He reflects on what he hopes patients take from each visit: “Thank you for coming in and taking care of yourself. You’re part of the community. We need you here.
