Full list coming soon.
Fundraiser Dinner for Abbie Christensen
Presentation by US Forest Service @ 4:00
Water Quality and Our National Forests
National Forests provide drinking water to over 180 million water users to downstream communities. This talk will give an overview on how the National Forest ensures that this vital community resource is protected to provide safe drinking water to our neighbors and to gain a better understanding of where our water comes from within our own community.
Air Idaho Rescue Helicopter Landing @ 4:30
Always a favorite, Air Idaho Rescue will land in the field east of the community center, and will give adults and kids alike a chance to look at the air ambulance. In the case of inclement weather or accident needing their care, they will be unable to attend.
These organizations are cornerstones of safety and health within our community and are working together to bring you the largest group of organizations focused on the health and safety of you, your families, your businesses, and your community. As the event comes together, please check back here for a list of the organizations that will be participating and a list of presenters and topics.
As a vendor in this Expo, you will have many opportunities to talk face to face to the Star Valley Community about a topic that is meaningful to you. For example, you may have a desire to educate the public about skin cancers, distracted driving, safe food handling, dental care, car care, or a support group. The possibilities are endless! I hope you will take this opportunity to reach the community with your important information.
You can click below to print out a Booth Request Form. If you are interested in participating, please fill out the request completely and return it to me via email, fax, or regular mail. There is room on the registration form for 2 booths, if you’d like to have more, just photocopy the form and send them both to the event organizer listed on the form.
In order to reserve your space at the Health and Safety Expo, please fill out your form and return to the event organizer by April 20th or earlier if possible. This is important, as it provides us time to organize the event to the best of all interests. Please make sure to include your e-mail address with your booth request because you will receive confirmation and instructions for set up via e-mail.
Getting your information to the community at the Expo will be a rewarding experience and well worth your time. If you have any questions, please call Pamela Wolfley at 885-5956.
