Healthcare staff impact patient experience every day in many ways. Patient Experience Week (PX Week) is a yearly event to celebrate those meaningful encounters.
Inspired by members of the Beryl Institute– a company dedicated to customer service in healthcare–PX Week provides a focused time for organizations to celebrate accomplishments and honor the people who impact patient experience every day.
During PX Week, Star Valley Health will celebrate accomplishments, re-energize efforts and honor the people who impact patient experience every day: nurses and physicians, support staff and executive professionals, patients, families and communities served.
