System Requirements and Apps for MyChart Virtual Visits
Desktop Requirements
You will need a desktop or laptop computer with a webcam or built-in camera and Internet access. For high-quality video, bandwidth of 600kbps (up/down) is recommended.
You can access MyChart with these Internet browsers:
- Internet Explorer version 11
- Google Chrome
- Mozilla Firefox
- Safari
Mobile Requirements
You can connect to your visit from your browser on your mobile device. For best performance on your Apple or Android smartphone or tablet, install the MyChart Mobile App and the Zoom App:
- Apple iOS 11.0 or later
- Android 5.0x or later
Install the Free Zoom App
Install the free Zoom App from Apple App Store or Google Play. You do not need to create a Zoom account to participate in MyChart Virtual Visits.
Pre-Checkin for your Virtual Visit from the MyChart Website
Before your virtual visit, you must pre-checkin. This process can be completed up to three days in advance. You can enter the visit up to 30 minutes early.
