MyChart Patient Portal

Our MyChart patient portal makes managing your healthcare secure and convenient.
With MyChart, you can:
Click on MyChart link here or on our home page. You’ll find instructions on creating your account. You can also visit the admission desk at the hospital or any of our clinics.
No. MyChart is available as a free service to our patients.
Parents, guardians, and legal representatives can request proxy access to their loved one’s accounts. The level of visibility you’ll have will depend on a variety of factors – for example, the patient’s age or the level of access an adult patient authorizes.
MyChart’s messaging feature is similar to messaging apps you may use on your phone or social media. You’ll see your provider’s photo and name, and you can send messages, files, and photos through the app. You can expect a response within 2-3 days.
Please note that MyChart messaging is free for brief questions or comments and should be used for non-emergency messages only. Questions that require extensive analysis or review by your provider are considered medical advice messages and may be billed to your insurer. If you’re experiencing an emergency, call 911.

“As a dad I’m able to get my children’s immunization records right from my cell phone. When I need a medication refill I can go to my phone and just tap a button. The nice thing is it goes to my doctor. He can just look at it and send my refill over. It’s streamlined so many pieces of the healthcare process and really helps put more power into the patient’s hand.”
