There are plenty of great resources out there to help you prepare for the arrival of your baby, and there are many benefits to attending a childbirth education class. You’ll gain valuable insights from our certified team on what to expect during labor, plus how to care for your baby and yourself after the birth.
Remember, this experience is a major milestone for your labor support partner, too! Your partner will learn how to best encourage and help you during this journey, before and after the birth. Our classes can be a wonderful bonding opportunity for both of you.
Our childbirth education classes are free and available to all moms-to-be and their labor support partners, regardless of where you’re planning to give birth.
