If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, such as fever, shortness of breath, cough, chills, or believe you have been exposed to COVID-19, we request you do one of these three things:
- URGENT NEED – Go to the emergency room if you feel that you are in need of that level of care. Please call ahead (307-885-5821) to alert us of your possible COVID status so that our staff can take steps to protect staff and other patients.
- SYMPTOMS BUT NOT URGENT – Visit one of our urgent care facilities in Afton or Alpine, and Bridger Valley. Please go directly to the COVID-19 Testing Center designated at each of those clinics, stay in your vehicle, and an attendant will come out to meet you, complete an evaluation and discuss your next steps.
- QUESTIONS – Call our Live Support Hotline at: 307-885-5008 or call your primary care provider (PCP) and arrange a telehealth visit with your provider. If your PCP cannot see you because their schedule is full, then please visit one of our COVID-19 testing facilities.
