The months leading up to labor and delivery are filled with anticipation — but they can also be fraught with uncertainty. It’s completely normal to feel anxious and overwhelmed at the thought of giving birth. After all, it’s a pretty momentous occasion! We want to help you feel strong and secure as you approach motherhood, and our childbirth education classes offer an array of knowledge and support.
Over the course of three sessions, we’ll cover a broad range of topics, including:
- Labor and delivery
- Pain management
- Postpartum
- Breastfeeding
- Newborn Care
And that’s just the start! We want you to make the most out of your sessions. From nutrition to managing stress, your questions are always welcome.
Childbirth Education Delivers a Full Scope of Support
There are plenty of great resources out there to help you prepare for the arrival of your baby, and there are many benefits to attending a childbirth education class. You’ll gain valuable insights from our certified team on what to expect during labor, plus how to care for your baby and yourself after the birth.
And remember, this experience is a major milestone for your labor support partner, too! Your partner will learn how to best encourage and help you during this journey, before and after the birth. Our classes can be a wonderful bonding opportunity for both of you.
Nurturing Childbirth Education, Close to Home
Our childbirth education classes are free and available to all moms-to-be and their labor support partners, regardless of where you plan to give birth. Classes are held each quarter. You can register for the sessions closest to your due date.
