It is with sorrow and joy that I announce my retirement from Star Valley Health. I’ve practiced medicine in Star Valley for over 31 years and have seen the many transitions that the hospital has endured along with the growth. It has been a pleasure, with a real sense of accomplishment, that I look back on those many years and think about where we have come from as an organization, to where we are now. I am positive that Star Valley Health will only continue to change for the better. It has been my honor to work in family medicine, the emergency room, and as a hospitalist.
I have treated many of you as babies, through your elementary years into your teens and then onto adulthood and becoming parents yourselves. I want to thank all of you in this special valley for allowing me to play a role in your lives. I thank you for accepting me and my family into your midst and making my wife, family & I feel welcome. Star Valley and practicing medicine has provided a very good life and a wonderful career. I intend to have many more good years, and look forward to our continued association, in the different shape and manner that it will take.
