We’ve partnered with healthcare consulting firm PRC, Inc. to create a Community Health Needs Assessment for Lincoln, Sublette, Sweetwater, Teton, and Uinta counties. Information was gathered from local healthcare providers and community leaders as well as national and state resources like the CDC and U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

Here are some key insights from the study:

  • Care for cancer, heart disease, lung disease, obesity, and mental health were identified as some of the primary health needs of our community.
  • 75% of key informants listed nutrition, weight, and physical activity as a major or moderate concern in our community. Weather-related challenges to exercising and a culture of unhealthy habits were highlighted as contributing factors.
  • Nearly 90% of key informants identified mental health as a major or moderate concern in our community. Lack of access to resources, cost, and stigma surrounding mental health were listed as barriers to care.

We’re committed to helping you achieve your best health, and this data helps guide our goals and business development. Click the link below to see the full 2023 Community Health Needs Assessment.
